Premium Organic Colombian Coffee:
Tolima coffee is cultivated by growers who have managed to elevate the coffee of the Tolima region with a lot of dedication and effort. The average planted areas are 5 hectares per producer, with altitudes ranging from 1,300 to 1,900 meters above sea level. In this rich earth, Arabica coffee is grown, providing varieties such as Caturra, Tabi, Colombia, Castilla, and Bourbon. The flavors of each cup radiate fruity notes, chocolate, citric acidity, and medium body, balanced on the palate, with caramelized sweet residuals.
Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta coffee is grown in altitudes ranging from 900 to 1850 meters above sea level, the main cultivated varieties are Castillo, Colombia and Caturra. This region has the highest production of organic coffees in Colombia, owing to associations between producers. These associations of growers and experts promote good agricultural practices certified with organic seals. The savor of each cup carries medium body and acidity, sweet notes of panela, green tea, soft caramel finishes.
